The Villa
Villa Ludilo is a 4-star holiday residence completely renovated in 2019 and is located in the Marina district of Poljica, (Dalmatia) in 1st row of the beautiful Adriatic coast. The front main house of our estate is the “Villa Ludilo” which offers 10 people optimal space for a relaxing vacation. As well on the estate are four apartments located which have space for about 14 people.
The residence has an outdoor barbecue, a garden, a very large sun terrace and two outdoor pools. The pool in the front area belongs exclusively to “Villa Ludilo”, while the pool in the back area can be used by the apartments.
The air-conditioned accommodation also features a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, an outdoor barbecue and free Wi-Fi.
In the villa or apartments guests can arrange the meals by themselves. All accommodations are equipped with all needed equipment.
Who would like to be spoiled culinary also has the possibility, either in a modern upscale cuisine or in a local traditional restaurant (Konoba), directly adjacent to our holiday residence e.g. with a delicious glass of wine to enjoy and relax. Everything is possible.
The city of Split is only 38 km away from “Villa Ludilo” and Trogir can be reached after 10 km. The nearest airport is Split Airport, which is only 16 km from the accommodation.
Apartments
The holiday residence has four apartments, which are located in the rear area of the residence.
The apartments are between 30 sqm and 45 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 people.
The air-conditioned apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a modern bathroom with shower cabin, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
All vacationers of our apartments can share the back pool of the resort with sufficient sun loungers, as well as the large roof terrace and the communal outdoor kitchen of the resort with a covered charcoal grill.
In our apartments guests can arrange the meals by themselves. All accommodations are equipped with all needed equipment.
A quiet and beautiful bay on the Adriatic Sea
In a well protected sea bay, between Rogoznica and Trogir is the small picturesque place Poljica. It is located in the central part of the Dalmatia region. The area of the Poljica Riviera also includes Vinisce, Marina and Sevid.
Around Poljica there are excellent beaches for sunbathing and diving into the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. Popular beaches are Bijeli Galeb, northeast of the center, and the beach at the eastern end of the village. The local marina Agana is an excellent starting point for boating enthusiasts who want to make a sailing trip for a day.
The paths along the coast and into the hinterland invite to hikes, walks and bike rides.
In the restaurants and taverns of Marina, international dishes are served as well as traditional dishes, especially Mediterranean fish and seafood dishes. The evenings are usually spent in the cafes and taverns of the town.

Marina is a collective municipality in Dalmatia with about 5000 inhabitants. The main town with the same name is located on the Croatian coast near Trogir, whose old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The city of Split is only 38 km away from “Villa Ludilo” and Trogir can be reached after 10 km. The nearest airport is Split Airport, 16 km from the residence. The accommodation also offers an airport transfer service for a additional fee.
Marina also has a good public transport network. You are well connected with the neighboring town of Trogir via lines 47-50, which run several times a day. Bus companies such as Autortransport Sibenik, Cazmatrans Dalmatcija and other companies also offer connections from Marina to Split via Poljica and Trogir.
